Cancellation Policy – All America Dish

This policy explains how to cancel an order placed through All America Dish, an Authorized Spectrum Retailer. After activation, Spectrum provides billing and technical support and applies its own cancellation rules.

We’re an independent, authorized retailer for Spectrum. We help you compare offers and place your order. Once active, Spectrum controls service changes, cancellations, equipment returns and credits under their policies.

1) Scope & Who We Are

This policy covers cancellations you initiate with All America Dish ("we", "us") in connection with Spectrum® services. It explains the different steps depending on whether your order has been submitted to Spectrum and whether services are activated.

  • After activation: Contact Spectrum to cancel service. We can assist, but final credits/fees are determined by Spectrum.

3) Order Lifecycle & Cancellation Paths

Submitted, not yet installed Order sent to Spectrum; install pending. We request cancellation with Spectrum. Any install fees, deposits, or equipment charges are subject to Spectrum’s policies and timing.
Activated Services installed and billing via Spectrum. Cancellation, prorations, and equipment returns are managed by Spectrum. We can help initiate or provide store/return info.
Move/Transfer You’re moving to a new address. We can assist with a transfer. Spectrum determines any fees/credits for both addresses.

4) Cancellation Windows & Deadlines

  • Pre‑submission: Cancel anytime before we submit to Spectrum.
  • Post‑submission: We’ll request cancellation promptly; Spectrum may require a minimum lead time before your scheduled appointment.
  • Post‑activation: Spectrum’s billing cycles and credit policies apply. Some charges may be non‑refundable per Spectrum’s terms.

5) Installation Appointments (Reschedule or Cancel)

  • Reschedule: Contact us as soon as possible; we’ll coordinate with Spectrum.
  • Missed appointment: Spectrum may assess a missed‑appointment fee. We’ll help you rebook.
  • Access & approvals: Ensure safe access for technicians and any required landlord/HOA approvals.

6) Equipment Returns (Spectrum)

Modems, set‑top boxes, voice adapters and other equipment are provided under Spectrum’s terms. Return windows and any unreturned/damage fees are set by Spectrum. We can provide the nearest Spectrum store or return instructions where available.

7) Fees & Charges

  • No hidden reseller fees: All America Dish does not add hidden reseller fees.
  • Spectrum‑set charges: Installation, equipment, taxes/surcharges and monthly service are set and billed by Spectrum.
  • Promotions: Eligibility and promotional credits are determined by Spectrum and may vary by address and plan.

8) Processing & Confirmation

  • Our confirmation: For pre‑submission cancellations, we’ll confirm immediately after we void the request.
  • With Spectrum: For post‑submission/post‑activation cases, we’ll provide the confirmation details we receive from Spectrum once processed.

9) Your Rights

You may have consumer rights under applicable law (e.g., cooling‑off periods where available). This policy does not limit any non‑waivable rights. We will provide jurisdiction‑specific disclosures as required.

Share your service address and best contact number so we can locate your order quickly.

For activated accounts, Spectrum will finalize the cancellation and any billing credits. We will help initiate, but Spectrum’s timelines apply.
