Spectrum provides a compatible modem; WiFi router options include Spectrum‑provided WiFi or your own compatible router. We’ll explain equipment choices, fees (if any), and coverage tips for your home layout.

Many addresses qualify for self‑install. If Spectrum determines a technician visit is needed (e.g., new line drop), we’ll schedule a professional installation.

Spectrum Internet plans typically have no data caps. We’ll confirm the specifics for your market when we check availability.

TV

Channel lineups vary by ZIP/market and package. We’ll provide the latest lineup for your address before you order. Regional sports and blackout rules may apply.

Spectrum offers app‑based streaming on many devices and Cloud DVR options in eligible markets. We’ll confirm availability and any additional fees for your package.

Some TVs/devices can stream via the Spectrum app. Traditional TV service may require a Spectrum‑provided receiver. We’ll go over the options and equipment charges.

Voice

In most cases, yes. Have a recent bill and account PIN from your current provider. Porting timeline depends on your carrier and Spectrum eligibility.

E911 relies on power and network connectivity. During outages without backup power, E911 may be unavailable. Keep your service address updated and consult Spectrum for backup options.

Bundles & Ordering

We’re All America Dish—an independent Authorized Spectrum Retailer. We help check availability, explain options and place your order. After installation, Spectrum provides billing and technical support.

Pricing, promotions, speeds, channel lineups and fees are set by Spectrum and vary by address. We’ll confirm the exact offer for your location before ordering.

Call, message or submit a form with your service address. We’ll verify serviceability and review plan options. When you’re ready, we submit the order to Spectrum and coordinate installation.

No hidden reseller fees. Taxes/fees, equipment, installation, and monthly service charges are set and billed by Spectrum.

Installation & Equipment

We request your preferred windows; Spectrum confirms the schedule and dispatches a technician if required. Ensure safe access and any landlord/HOA approvals.

Yes—contact us ASAP and we’ll coordinate with Spectrum. Missed‑appointment fees may apply per Spectrum policy.

Equipment is provided, owned and/or rented under Spectrum’s terms. Return obligations and fees are set by Spectrum; we’ll provide return options if needed.

Billing & Support

After activation, billing and technical support are provided by Spectrum under Spectrum’s customer agreement. We’re happy to advise and help connect you to the right Spectrum team.

Before we submit your order, we can cancel immediately. After submission or activation, Spectrum processes cancellations, credits and equipment fees. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

If we collect any payment (e.g., optional deposit), it’s processed securely via our provider. Ongoing monthly billing is between you and Spectrum. See our Privacy Policy.
