This policy explains refunds, cancellations and returns for orders you place through All America Dish as an Authorized Spectrum Retailer. After activation, Spectrum provides billing and technical support and applies its own refund/return policies.
We are an independent, authorized retailer for Spectrum. We help with availability, ordering and installation scheduling. Once your Spectrum services are active, Spectrum handles billing, credits, equipment fees and pro‑rated refunds under their customer terms.
This policy covers interactions with All America Dish ("we," "us") when we assist you with ordering Spectrum® services. It explains how cancellations and refunds are handled before and after your order is submitted to Spectrum and/or your services are activated. Post‑activation billing credits, prorations and equipment fees are governed by Spectrum’s policies.

Modems, set‑top boxes, voice adapters and other equipment are provided under Spectrum’s terms. Return windows, methods and any unreturned/damage fees are determined by Spectrum. We can help you locate a Spectrum store or arrange a return label if available in your area.
You may have consumer rights under applicable law (e.g., cooling‑off periods, chargeback rights, unfair‑trade protections). This policy does not limit any non‑waivable statutory rights. Where required, we will provide disclosures for your jurisdiction.
