Refund & Cancellation Policy – All America Dish

This policy explains refunds, cancellations and returns for orders you place through All America Dish as an Authorized Spectrum Retailer. After activation, Spectrum provides billing and technical support and applies its own refund/return policies.

We are an independent, authorized retailer for Spectrum. We help with availability, ordering and installation scheduling. Once your Spectrum services are active, Spectrum handles billing, credits, equipment fees and pro‑rated refunds under their customer terms.

1) Scope & Who We Are

This policy covers interactions with All America Dish ("we," "us") when we assist you with ordering Spectrum® services. It explains how cancellations and refunds are handled before and after your order is submitted to Spectrum and/or your services are activated. Post‑activation billing credits, prorations and equipment fees are governed by Spectrum’s policies.

2) Key Definitions

  • Order Request: Your request to purchase Spectrum services through us.
  • Submitted Order: An order we have transmitted to Spectrum.
  • Activated Service: Spectrum services installed/activated at your address.

3) Order Status & Refund Paths

Before submission We have not yet sent your order to Spectrum. Contact us to cancel. We will void our request and confirm no charges from us. If you paid any optional deposit to us, it will be refunded.
Submitted, not yet installed Order has been sent to Spectrum; install pending. We will request cancellation with Spectrum. Any installation fees, deposits or equipment charges are handled by Spectrum under their terms. We’ll provide confirmation once Spectrum processes it.
Installed/Activated Services are active and billing through Spectrum. All billing credits, prorations, equipment returns and cancellation fees follow Spectrum policies. We can help initiate, but Spectrum issues the final credit/refund.
Move/Transfer You’re moving service to a new address. We can assist with a transfer. Any balance, fees or credits are determined by Spectrum for both addresses.
Timing of cancellations and eligibility for credits may vary by location and promotion. We will communicate Spectrum’s decision as soon as we receive it.

4) Fees & Charges

  • No hidden reseller fees: All America Dish does not add hidden reseller fees.
  • Spectrum‑set charges: Monthly service, installation, activation, equipment rental/return fees and taxes/surcharges are set and billed by Spectrum.
  • Promotions: Eligibility and promotional credits are determined by Spectrum per address and plan.

5) Equipment Returns (Spectrum)

Modems, set‑top boxes, voice adapters and other equipment are provided under Spectrum’s terms. Return windows, methods and any unreturned/damage fees are determined by Spectrum. We can help you locate a Spectrum store or arrange a return label if available in your area.

6) Refund Methods & Processing Timelines

  • Method: Refunds from All America Dish (e.g., unused deposits we collected) are returned to the original payment method when possible.
  • Processing time: Once approved, we initiate refunds within 3–5 business days. Your bank/card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
  • Spectrum refunds/credits: When Spectrum is responsible for the credit, their processing timelines apply. We will provide confirmation details we receive from Spectrum.
  • Proof of payment: We may request receipts or bank statements to locate your transaction.

7) Exceptions & Non‑Refundables

  • Charges billed directly by Spectrum after activation (monthly service, equipment, taxes/fees).
  • Third‑party services or apps you connected to your Spectrum account.
  • Government/regulatory fees where non‑refundable by law.
  • Damage or unreturned equipment fees assessed by Spectrum.

8) Your Rights

You may have consumer rights under applicable law (e.g., cooling‑off periods, chargeback rights, unfair‑trade protections). This policy does not limit any non‑waivable statutory rights. Where required, we will provide disclosures for your jurisdiction.
